Tall Pines Park and Realty is located in Rotonda West in Southwest Florida on the Cape Haze Peninsula with the Gulf of Mexico to the West and Charlotte Harbor to the East.  People come from all over the world to vacation and live in this area.  We may be the best kept secret in Southwest Florida.  The Englewood/Rotonda area is South of Venice, Sarasota and Tampa and North of Port Charlotte, Fort Myers and Naples.  We are within reasonable commuting distance to three international airports, Sarasota (45 miles), Tampa (93 miles) and Southwest Florida International Airport in Fort Myers (58 miles).  All of the major airlines service these airports and most provide non-stop flights to the larger metropolitan areas in the country.

We are also minutes away from Gasparilla Island where the world renowned village of Boca Grande is located.  Boca Grande is known as the Tarpon capital of the world.  The Island has miles of beautiful beaches and is the playground of the rich and famous.

Nothing is to far from the area.  Miami is a 3 hour drive to the South and East and Disney world is a 3 hour drive to the North and East.
