Take a quick walk to the east and you'll be at the intracoastal (Lemon Bay) where you can fish or shove off in your canoe (provided with rental) for a nature excursion....or take a quick walk to the west to greet the gulf sands of Manasota Key and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Tour the nearby island state park of Stump Pass where you can watch dolphins and collect shells until your heart's content. You'll also be close to local pubs and restaurants if you venture north on the island, or stop by the public beachside park of Englewood Beach and shoot a few hoops or watch the sunset with friends. All this and more awaits you when you vacation at our Island Villa. The home itself presents you with plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors. Both the expansive second floor deck and downstairs patio garden area will treat you to quiet relaxation. You even have a peek-a-boo view of the bay from the front deck. 3 bedrooms provide you with comfort and plenty of space to stretch out. (Bedroom 3 is not shown in these photos but is equipped with a trundle bed) All stays include basic cable at no charge. The villa is PET FRIENDLY to dogs w/ a reasonable fee. AVAIL. Villa sleeps 7-8 people. Master has Queen, 2nd BR has Queen, Bedroom 3 sleeps two and there are 2 comfortable couches or room for an air mattress.

Charcoal grill and bicycles are available with the rental of the villa.

Access to the intracoastal provides guests with access to great fishing, a place to tie off a small boat and a quiet place to read or relax.

Beach access is provided at the west end of the road. Great fishing, shelling, sun bathing and ocean swimming are just a few steps away!

Plenty of room to bring your boat or jet skis. You can park the trailer at the property or utilize one of the nearby trailer parking lots (these are privately owned, but available for rental).
